MCD Electrical employed Satellite & Aerial Scotland on behalf of Ogilvie Construction on their Hill Street Project, the Almandine Apartments. The remit required the installation of IRS (Integrated Reception System) to the new build two bedroom flats so removing the need for individual satellite dishes or aerials; this was of great importance as the project is located in the Garnethill area of central Glasgow .
This site is of great historical interest as it includes buildings like the famous Glasgow School of Art designed by Rennie Mackintosh; Satellite & Aerial Scotland implemented ‘state of the art’ technology to retain the external aesthetic standards of the architecture to the highest level, helping to preserve the overall impression of this vibrant part of the city.
